SL23EP09SC-1 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. There are 16 terminations found in the file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 220MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Approximately 2.7V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.3V. Clock generator ic works with 2.3V~3.6V.
