SL23EP08SI-4T Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 220MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 2.7V as a supply voltage. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 2.3V. There are 2.3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. There are several logic levels in LVCMOS logic that can be used with this clock generator. The clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. This part number is related to its related electronic parts. There are 16 pins on the frequency generators that are available for use. There is a ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 8 signal outputs. Low timing skew is offered by this RF synthesizer at maximum 0.5 ns.
