As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. There are 16 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V.
