SL23EP08SI-1 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 220MHz maximum. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 2.7V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 2.3V for safety considerations. As long as there are 2.3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. LVCMOS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. An IC that generates clocks specifically for microprocessors, this clock PLL is 16-bits in si16e. The related electrical components for the base part number SL23EP08 can be found below. The clock PLL has 16 pins that are available. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY. 8 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.5 ns.
