SL23EP08SC-2T Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 2.5V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 220MHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Approximately 2.7V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.3V. There are 2.3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL.
