SL23EP08SC-2HT Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 220MHz is available. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 2.75V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.25V. There are 2.3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS logic. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number SL23EP08. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY. The frequency synthesizer features 8 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.3 ns max.
