SL23EP05SI-1 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 220MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. There should be 2.3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. You can find related electrical components to the base part number SL23EP05. There are 8 pins that are available on the frequency generator. 5 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. This clock generator offers low timing skew at 0.09 ns Max.
