SL23EP05SC-1 Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 220MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.3V~3.6V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at 0°C~70°C, which is 0°C~70°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS logic. It is a 8-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. According to the base part number SL23EP05, its related parts can be found.
