SL23EP04SI-2T Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 220MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 2.75V as a supply voltage. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.25V is recommended for safety reasons. As long as you provide 2.97V~3.63V supply voltage, it will work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. This is a clock generator compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. The clock-generating IC is a 8-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. SL23EP04 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. There is an available 8 pin on the PLL. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY to produce better clock signals. At 0.25 ns Max, this analog clock generator exhibits low timing skew.
