SL2309ZI-1 Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tube-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations.
