SL2309SI-1T Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An up to 140MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.6V. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. It is a 16-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically.
