SL2309SI-1HT Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 140MHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.6V. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 3V. There are 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 16-bit output. It is possible to find its related electronic parts by searching for the base part number SL2309. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 16 pins. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that clock generator can handle.
