SI5394B-A10987-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. A Clock PLL is included with the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 350MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA, which should be set as the ambient temperature. CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component is usually classified as a Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator component.
