SI5383B-D11063-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. As part of the 56-VFLGA Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 350MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C TA, which is -40°C~85°C TA. It's compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
