SI5374B-A-GL Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 80-LBGA package. As you can see, it consists of 80 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~2.75V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
