SI5369C-C-GQ Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 100-TQFP package. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 100 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 346MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
