SI5369B-C-GQ Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. 100-TQFP contains this Clock PLL. 100 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
