This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. There are a total of 10 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
