SI5346A-A-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 44 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 712.5MHz is available. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. The clock PLL has 44 pins that are available. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 4 signal outputs. For the RF synthesizer to function properly, a supply current of 270mA must be provided.
