SI5345A-D10972-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. There is a Clock PLL called CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.028GHz Max. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA. CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
