SI5342A-B-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. This clock PLL features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
