SI5340B-B-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. There are 44 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
