Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V.
