SI5335D-B03977-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
