SI5335D-B02459-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. There is a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
