SI5335D-B01490-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. With ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
