SI5335C-B06001-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
