SI5335B-B07395-GM Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
