A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, HSTL, SSTL, Clock, Crystal as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 350MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 1.71V~3.63V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA to ensure reliable performance. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL logic levels. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock Generator. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
