SI5335A-B05198-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
