SI5332DD08825-GM1 Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 333.33MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is estimated by the test statistics. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. This electronic component is usually classified as a Clock Generator component. MultiSynth? series electronic parts are included in this product.
