It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock.
