SI5327D-C-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. 36 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 243MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
