SI5327C-C-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As a result of this, we can find 36 terminations.
