SI5327C-C-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. In the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. In it, there are 36 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 346MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.63V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
