SI5325B-B-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 36 terminations found in the file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 808MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel.
