SI5317B-C-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). In the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 36 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 350MHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance.
