SI5310-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. Embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 20 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 668MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 2.375V~2.625V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Multiplier. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors.
