SI4136-F-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As you can see, it consists of 28 terminations. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 2.5GHz Max. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.7V~3.6V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C.
