SI4123-D-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. As you can see, it consists of 28 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 1.8GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 2.7V for safety considerations. There should be 2.7V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
