The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 28 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.5GHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.6V. A maximum voltage of 2.7V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As long as you provide 2.7V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Frequency Synthesizer component. This clock-generating IC is a 28-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors.
