Board space is saved by RF transceiver IC's 42-VFLGA Exposed Pad package.The RF transceiver's mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.With transceiver RF's high efficiency and reliable performance, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU.High reliability is provided by the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).42 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this RF transceiver should not be lower than 900mV.A frequency of 240MHz~960MHz is used to operate RF transceiver.
