In order to save board space, the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used. Surface Mount is used for RF transceiver's mounting.With transceiver RF's high reliability and efficiency, this emerges as a TxRx + MCU.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).There are 48 pins on this transceiver RF circuit board.RF transceiver operates on the basis of the frequency of 2.4GHz.
