RT8259GE Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.4MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1.2A output current. There is a maximum input voltage of 24V for this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 15V volts. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 6 pins. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 800mV. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 15V.
