It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. The space-saving 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 300kHz~2MHz. Regulator 2.95V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.95V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.827V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 6V.
