This device has a drain-source breakdown voltage of 30V (that is, no charge flow from drain to source).As a result of its turn-off delay time, which is 43 ns, the device has taken time to charge its input capacitance before drain current conduction begins.Before drain current conduction begins, the device's input capacitance must be charged, so the delay time is 32.4 ns.Voltage at the gate-source terminal of a FET transistor, called the gate-source voltage, or VGS, can be 20V.As it is powered by 30V, it can support the maximum dual supply voltage.In order to reduce power consumption, this device uses a drive voltage of 4.5V 10V volts (4.5V 10V).
