PI6C49015LIE Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. There are 28 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input.
