PT7C4512WE Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 5V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.5V as a supply voltage. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 4.5V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. ALSO OPERATES AT 180 MHZ AT 3.3V is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
