PI2003-00-SOIG Overview
It comes in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. In Tape & Reel (TR) cases, it is convenient to pack the part. There is a Surface Mount-axis mounted on the part. An electric current of -48V is applied to it. It must not be possible for this component to operate at -40°C~125°C°C as its minimum operating temperature. There is a perfect fit between it and the component connected in N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems. A N+1 ORing Controller device is categorized as such. As far as FET types are concerned, N-Channel can be recognized. The part is available with 8 terminations as an option. 8 pins are used in the design. The supply current used for its operating is 1.5mA. In order to mount the part properly, it is recommended to mount it by Surface Mount.
