LTC4355CMS#TRPBF Overview
A 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case is included. In this case, it is suitable to pack the part in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There is a Surface Mount-axis mounted on the part. There is a voltage of 48V -48V applied to it. The minimum operating temperature of this component must not be 0°C~70°C. It fits perfectly with the component connected to -48V Dist Power Systems, AdvancedTCA? Systems. There is a N+1 ORing Controller category assigned to the device. Among all the types of FETs, there is a type which is known as N-Channel, which can be recognized by its graphical representation. The part is available with 16 terminations as an option. It is designed with 16 pins. A part based on LTC4355 is used in this part. It is powered by 20V to deliver its perfomance. As part of the 260 process, the peak reflow temperature of this part is utilized. The purpose of this is to run the supply current for the part at 2mA in order to run it correctly. A part from the Power Management Circuits family is what we are talking about. Voltage supply (Vsup) for this part should not be less than 9V. There is a limit to the maximum supply voltage when Vsup reaches 80V. Current supplies (Isup) should run under 3mA. The voltage at 9/80V can be delivered by it.
